Eliminate compression leaks and stabilise shot-to-shot velocity with the LayLax Prometheus Air Sealing Nozzle NEO for Tokyo Marui NGRS M4 and HK416 series AEGs. Factory Recoil Shock nozzles rely on an unsealed, friction-fit design that often leaks air around the cylinder head spout, resulting in erratic FPS drops.
Moulded from high-durability, self-lubricating POM (polyacetal) resin and equipped with an internal air-seal O-ring, this nozzle creates an airtight seal against both the cylinder head and the hop-up bucking. It is a vital internal upgrade for building an efficient, high-consistency Recoil Shock platform.
In any high-performance gearbox, consistency begins at the air-seal interface. The LayLax Prometheus Air Sealing Nozzle NEO is engineered to eliminate the air loss inherent in stock Tokyo Marui Next Generation Recoil Shock (NGRS) M4 and HK416 setups. Factory TM nozzles lack an internal rubber gasket, allowing high-pressure propellant air to bleed back past the cylinder head nozzle shaft on every cycle—robbing your rifle of muzzle velocity and introducing wide shot-to-shot FPS deviations.
Internal O-Ring & Chamfered Nozzle Tip Design The NEO air nozzle solves pressure leakage by integrating a dedicated internal rubber O-ring. This creates a continuous dynamic seal along the cylinder head tube throughout the entire back-and-forth cycle of the tappet plate. Up front, the nozzle tip is precision-contoured and chamfered to seat perfectly into standard hop-up bucking lips. This ensures reliable BB centring, smoother hop-up engagement, and zero air leakage out of the chamber.
Low-Friction Self-Lubricating POM Construction Precision-moulded from polyoxymethylene (POM) engineering polymer, the nozzle features exceptional dimensional stability, high impact resistance, and a slick, self-lubricating surface. This low-friction finish allows the nozzle to slide freely along the cylinder spout without sticking or inducing tappet drag, keeping cycle timing crisp even under high rates of semi-auto fire.

The gun will be sprayed 51% in a bright/primary color (we do only blue, green and red currently). The process of two toning currently runs at 2 working days depending on Drying Time, which is effected by Ambient Temperature and Weather. and currently no express delivery is available for this even if you select it at checkout.
