Saigo Defense Kenji AEG (with Lipo Bat. & Charger - Long - Black)
Compact, aggressive, and ready for the front line.
The Saigo Defense Kenji (Short) in Black is designed for players who value speed and agility above all else. By combining a shortened barrel with a lightweight, modern M-LOK handguard, Saigo has created a rifle that feels weightless in the shoulder—perfect for snapping between targets in tight indoor arenas or dense woodland. Unlike many entry-level options that leave you guessing about power sources, the Kenji ships as a complete "Battle Ready" bundle, including a high-performance LiPo battery and charger in the box. It’s the easiest way to get into the sport with a modern, competitive platform.
The Ultimate CQB Starter Platform
In Close Quarters Battle (CQB), a long rifle is a liability. You need something short enough to clear rooms and light enough to aim quickly. The Saigo Defense Kenji (Short) SGM4002BC is purpose-built for this environment. It features a compact barrel profile that allows you to maneuver through doorways and around barricades without your muzzle getting snagged.
Modern M-LOK Ergonomics The Kenji moves away from the bulky, cheese-grater rails of the past. Instead, it utilizes a sleek M-LOK handguard. This reduces the front-end weight significantly and provides a slim, comfortable surface to grip. If you want to attach a torch or foregrip, you can mount them directly to the rail slots, keeping the profile of the gun streamlined and snag-free.
The "Ready-to-Play" Advantage Saigo Defense has earned a reputation for offering incredible value. Included with this rifle is a LiPo Battery and Balance Charger. This is a massive upgrade over the basic NiMh batteries usually found in starter kits. The LiPo provides a sharper trigger response (meaning the gun fires faster after you pull the trigger) and improved rate of fire, giving you a competitive edge against rental guns immediately.
Reliable Foundation While the exterior is made from high-strength polymer to keep it light (and affordable), the internals feature a standard metal V2 gearbox. This ensures durability and means the rifle is fully compatible with the vast ecosystem of M4 upgrade parts if you decide to tune it up in the future.
