At the core of the Kamikaze XS is a proven bobble head impact mechanism. Constructed with a stainless steel striker and a rugged aircraft-grade aluminium housing, the grenade is engineered to detonate reliably regardless of which angle it impacts a hard surface (floors, walls, or doorframes).

Innovative Cotter-Pin-Free Safety Collar

Traditional blank firing grenades often rely on tiny, easy-to-lose cotter pins or bendable wire rings that slow down deployment under stress. Saigo Defense has modernized the safety system by using a specialized 3D-printed locking collar. Attached to a heavy-duty pull ring, this collar locks the "neck" of the bobble-head mechanism firmly in place during transport. To deploy, simply pull the ring to disengage the collar, toss the device into the room, and let the mechanical impact do the rest.

Engineered to withstand hundreds of throws, the Kamikaze XS weighs approximately 334g—providing enough substantial heft for accurate under-arm tosses while remaining light enough for swift tactical handling.
