Field & Installation Recommendations Installing the PTS Magpod is an entirely tool-less process. Simply depress the internal retaining spring button on your compatible PMAG floor plate, slide the factory plate off, and track the Magpod along the bottom rails until it clicks securely into alignment. To ensure long-term stability, periodically inspect the base tabs for any packed field dirt or grit.
