Always clean the gears with solvent prior to fitting, and perform a precise, step-by-step shimming procedure to ensure correct bevel-to-pinion and spur-to-sector tooth engagement. Apply a high-quality synthetic grease (such as fluoropolymer or lithium grease) to the gear teeth and axle shafts, and pair with smooth 7mm or 8mm steel bearings/bushings for optimal high-speed performance.

The gun will be sprayed 51% in a bright/primary color (we do only blue, green and red currently). The process of two toning currently runs at 2 working days depending on Drying Time, which is effected by Ambient Temperature and Weather. and currently no express delivery is available for this even if you select it at checkout.
