Designed specifically for rifles firing between 350 and 420 FPS, this harder 60-durometer nitrile compound resists high-pressure deformation that causes flyer BBs on standard soft rubbers.
Featuring an engineered internal sealing lip and precision-contoured contact mound, it creates a 100% airtight lock against your nozzle tip while cleanly lifting mid-weight BBs (0.28g–0.36g). It is an indispensable hop-up upgrade for high-powered field rifles, DMRs, and heavy-use skirmish platforms.
Standard soft hop rubbers often tear, deform, or blow out when subjected to high-FPS springs and heavier match-grade ammunition. 60-Degree Shore Hardness for High-Velocity Stability While standard 50-degree rubbers are optimised for sub-328 FPS indoor builds, they often pinch and tear when hit with heavy spring loads. The 60° Firm compound offers higher structural rigidity, preventing the internal contact patch from flexing or fluttering under high air volume. This resistance to deformation translates into uniform backspin from the first shot to the last, eliminating random flyers and ensuring clean, repeatable groupings at extended outdoor ranges.
Optimised Air-Seal Lips & Feed Geometry Like all legendary Prometheus packings, the Air Seal Chamber design incorporates an extended, snug outer lip that seals tightly around the cylinder head nozzle on battery. This dynamic air lock eliminates micro-leaks between the gearbox and the hop unit, reclaiming lost FPS and narrowing shot-to-shot velocity spreads. The entrance is chamfered to allow rapid, obstruction-free feeding, preventing double-feeds and pinched BBs even during high-rate-of-fire bursts.

The process of two toning currently runs at 2 working days depending on Drying Time, which is effected by Ambient Temperature and Weather. and currently no express delivery is available for this even if you select it at checkout.
