Direct Slide Mounting & Integrated Shield Protection
Unlike bulky frame-mounted optic rails or universal scope mounts that add weight and drag to your slide cycle, the Aegis HG replaces the factory rear sight directly on the slide. This keeps your micro red dot positioned low to the bore axis for instinctive aiming and smooth holster drawing. Positioned directly in front of the lens cutout is a 1.5mm high-grade polycarbonate shield contoured to deflect incoming BBs, shield against BB shattering, and preserve optical clarity under intense skirmish conditions.
Lightweight Aluminum Construction & Precise Fitment
Crafted from CNC-machined aluminum with a durable matte black finish, the Aegis HG mount maintains a lightweight footprint to preserve fast, crisp slide cycling on Umarex/VFC G19, G17, and G19X platforms. Installation & Field Guidance
Installation requires removing the rear sight retention screw located inside the blowback housing of your Umarex Glock slide. Remove the stock rear sight, seat the Aegis HG mount into the rear dovetail slot, and secure it using the provided screws. Mount your micro red dot to the top plate, then snap the polycarbonate shield firmly into the forward retention slots. Periodically inspect the shield for cracking after taking direct BB impacts, and replace the shield insert if damaged to ensure continuous protection.
Tech Tip: Remember to remove the protective film from both sides of the polycarbonate shield before use for maximum clarity!

The gun will be sprayed 51% in a bright/primary color (we do only blue, green and red currently). The process of two toning currently runs at 2 working days depending on Drying Time, which is effected by Ambient Temperature and Weather. and currently no express delivery is available for this even if you select it at checkout.
