Field Installation & Maintenance Tips

Installation of the Dye tank regulator should only be performed when the HPA bottle is completely empty of air pressure. Thread the regulator onto the tank neck until flush, and secure it using appropriate factory-specified locking compounds or set screws if applicable. To ensure long-lasting o-ring seals, occasionally clear away dirt from the fill nipple, cover the top threads when stored in a gear bag, and add a micro-drop of pure, HPA-approved synthetic lubricant to the fill nipple o-ring. Never use petroleum-based oils near high-pressure air components.
